He has no deficit reduction plan and keeps railing against "millionaries and billionaires", corporate jet tax breaks and the oil company tax breaks. ExxonMobil will come to his rescue this Thursday when it reports obscene profits and the president will go into full campaign mode in an effort to win over the Dumbocrats and members of the Moocher State.
