2012 Election: Wendell Willkie v. Jimmy Carter II ?
Every Sunday I try to watch all the political talk shows - Fox News Sunday, Meet the Press, the Chris Tingle Matthews Show, etc. The Matthews show is particularly biased toward the liberal lemming point of view. If there is a conservative member on the panel, he or she is always outnumbered 4 or 5 to 1. On today's show, there were no conservative pundits in the group and all the liberals talked about how weak the Republican presidential field was. One of the libs, Howard Fineman, said you had to go all the way back to 1940, when the great Wendell Willkie ran as the Republican nominee against FDR, to find such a poor group of Republican hopefuls.
Liberal pundits constantly talk about how bad and weak the Republican field is. They never talk about how weak the Democratic "field" is for President of the United States -- Barrack Hussein Obama. He is a field of one and his performance to date has been mediocre at best..
Before you knock the Republican field, all you libs out there should take a look at the current genius in the White House -- President Obama. He is already campaigning for re-election by promising that he needs four more years to finish the job. My interpretation of that claim is that he has driven us up to the cliff and he needs four more years to drive us over the cliff.
No thanks...I'll take Wendell Wilkie over Barack Obama, aka Jimmy Carter II.

Will Jimmy Carter II be waving goodbye in 2013?
