The stupidity and arrogance of the beltway blowhards, from the president on down is incredible. The president stopped taking bows for killing uncle bin and then went to El Paso yesterday and made a complete fool of himself when he tried to mock the Republicans over their border security solutions. Yes, Mr. President, maybe we do need a moat, but not at the border, but around the White House to keep you from straying out to make another stupid speech. "A speech a day makes the problems go away" seems to be his mantra. It doesn't work.

Meanwhile the dumbocrats, led by  liberal lemmings like Dick Durbin and Chuckie Schumer, want to take away the oil company subsidies to punish them for making so much money. Of course, they don't want to take away any of the subsidies for wind, solar, and ethanol. They always fail to mention the tens of billions in taxes the evil oil companies pay each quarter. Five of the top oil executives are being summoned to DC on Thursday to explain their obscence profits. Let's hope these CEO's show some spunk and stand up for their contributions to the nation's economy.

The Republicans aren't much better. Led by career politicians like Bellowing Boehner and Meek Mitch McConnell, they can't seem to agree on any programs to cut and appear to be caving into the political pressures of the upcoming 2012 election.

A plague on both parties. Both parties are driving us over a spending cliff, blowing five billion dollars a day we don't have,  and all these jerks can do is talk, talk ,talk, and talk.  They should just fire their congressional staffs, go home, and save us all some money.

Yes we have a spending problem in Washington. But it is compounded by a STUPIDITY & ARROGANCE problem seldom seen in the history of the republic. Enough already. How about solving a big problem now and then?
