USA's New Energy Policy: Call 1 - 800 King Abdullah

"Mr. President, you can call us anytime, toll free."

I just got back from my local Gulf gas station. Two days ago, the price for regular gas was $3.49. Today it was $3.63. (Of course Dan, Dan the Tax Man, Malloy, the new Dodocratic governor from Connecticut wants to add another 4 cents to the state tax, but that is a story for another day.)

SInce the Arab oil embargo, the U.S. has had no energy policy. Jimmy Carter told us to put a sweater on during the winter, Reagan was too busy trying to defeat the Soviet Union, Bush 41 and 43 went to war to protect our overseas oil interests, and Bill Clinton was too busy with personal matters.

Now we have Barack "Clean Energy" Obama. He refuses to open our shores to drilling, Alaska is closed to further drilling, and he has used the BP oil spill to stop the drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Meanwhile, we have discovered huge deposits of shale oil in North Dakota and the far west. It is estimated there are billions and billions of barrels of oil to be extracted in these areas. And, of course, we are the Saudi Arabia of natural gas.
but Washington does not seem to care.

Instead the president keeps pushing his stupid green agenda--electric cars that nobody wants, bio-diesel, clean coal, solar power, and that century-old technology--wind power. He refuses to deal with reality and give the orders to drill, baby, drill. Instead, when the price of oil skyrockets because of unrest in the Middle East, what does he do to make sure we will have enough oil. He calls the Saudis, our dear friends, who are more than happy to bend us over with their heavy oil

Barack Obama's Oil Policy: when oil gets tight...call 1-800 King Abdullah. Where is the outrage in the liberal press and media? $4.00 gas is just around the corner and the president continues to cling to his delusional green energy policy. Perhaps he should get out of his limo and gas up his Chevy Volt once in a while -- a $60.00 fill-up is no fun. In fact, it pisses me off. Change...that's all we have left in our wallets after a trip to the gas station.

$25 Billions a Year for These Clowns? No sense of urgency at this bloated agency/.
