Election Day: The Blue Plague is Now Under Control - No Red Compromise
No matter how the libs try to spin the results on election day, November 2, 2010, was a repudiation of the Dumbocrats and Obama's far left policies of the last two years. The spread of the progressive Blue Plague has been put in the Red Isolation Ward, at least until 2012. During the last two years the smug and arrogant triumverate of Obama, Pelosi, and Reid shut out the Republicans from any meaninful legislative dialogue and refused to compromise on anything.
The disgusted electorate sent a message to the Dumbocrats-- enough already!
Obama can now take his beloved car and take it out of "D" and put it in "R". When the Dumbocrats had power they arrogantly abused it and refused to work with the loyal opposition. Now that the Dumbs have gotten trounced, they are calling for the Republicans to "reach out" to them. Please. When you win decisively as the Republicans did, there is no reason to compromise, especially when the country is faced with so many huge challenges.
The annointed president has been humbled, but it is doubtful he will move to the center. Both sides will bicker with each other while they look forward to the 2012 presidential election campaign. The president campaigned with a "Divide and Conquer" strategy and failed miserably. He talked about letting the Republicans sit in the back of the bus, if they were elected. Well, Mr. President, the bus is now full of Republicans and Mr. Boehner is now driving it. Jump on board or they will leave you at the bus stop.
