President Obama, the Divider-in-Chief, will run around the country the next few days and try to rally his base in such Democratic strongholds as Cleveland, Philly, Chicago, and Bridgeport. He will undoubtedly try his 'divide and conquer" War on Wealth pitch on the crowds. To get these people to vote he will need to expand on his "BROTHER'S KEEPER" theme by offering one or more of the following enticements to get his base to get off their asses to vote:

Obama will proclaim: "In addition to a free ride to the polls and a ballot already filled out for you, I promise you one or more of the following free incentives* to vote Democratic on November 2nd:

> an additional 99 weeks of unemployment

> a $500 increase  in food stamps

> a 10% boost in your welfare check

> a free SEIU membership for one year

> a Get Out of Foreclosure Free Card  "
