Foreclosure Nation: Obama, The Banks, and the Deadbeats All Deserve Each Other
Bank of America and a host of other banks around the country announced this week that they would suspend all foreclosures until they can find some ink for their Bic pens. In effect, all the deadbeats that haven't made a loan payment in years will continue to get a free ride in their houses, as long as they pay their utility bills!. Obama and his progressive-liberal pals are beside themselves with glee as they see this moocher- victim constituency as a perfect group to exploit before the elections.
Let's face it, the banks and the homeowners deserve each other. Most of these people in foreclosure put nothing down on their houses and the banks never should have made the loans in the first place. Because most of these loans were sold and resold in the secondary market, clear title may be a problem for some of the loans Now we have a mess on the country's hands and the Dumbocrats are doing everything to politicize the problem.
Obama gets his wish -- the "victims" get a reprieve from the inevitable - foreclosure. The thousands of renters who were ready to buy these houses get screwed and the banks just keep on shuffling papers and watch their deteriorating assets decline further in value. Obama, the banks and these deadbeats all deserve each other.
There is a rumor going around DC that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be "fundamentally" changed to reflect its two main supporters in Congress. They will be renamed Fannie Frank and Freddie Dodd.
Forclosure Nation -- libonomics at its farcical worst.

You can always count on the ex-Senator to play the victim card.

The average foreclosure is now approaching 500 days. How difficult is it to figure out that someone hasn't made their mortgage payments for 2 years. Are these people now "squatters"?
