Obama Conducts Another Obamanable-Care Yak-Fest

Give the moderator a "D"

President Barack Obama, the Moderator-in-Chief, put on display his arrogance and naivete' for all the public to see at the dog and pony show, called the Health Care Summit.  In a setting that looked like it was set in a Holiday Inn Express room, about 50 of our fearless leaders gathered around a big square and listened to Obama talk for a total of two hours, while the Republicans and Dumbocrats split the other 4 hours. This is an example of what thn Dems call  "bi-partisanship": the Democrats took up 2/3's of the time while the Republicans got the other 1/3. At least that was two hours more than they got the past year.

Of course, the President said he got his two hours because "he is the president". It was shameful when he told McCain, who was trying to make a valid point about all the special state payoffs, that "the campaign is over".

The most noticeable observation I can make during this waste of 6 hours was that the President was the most inexperienced person in the room. Kudos to Mr. Kantor for having the 2,000 page "prop" in front of him when he grilled the president about his facts.

Obama showed he is a good moderator and pontificator. He is, however, a lousy listener. His arrogance and naivete' were on display for all to see. Now he'll kick the bill back to Congress under the mistaken belief that another public yak-fest will turn the tide. Once again, the rookie president doesn't know how to manage the process. What do you expect from someone with so little managerial and practical experience?
