Libonomic Reality


While Obama enjoys global warming in Hawaii and ponders what convoluted and disgraceful liberal payoffs and kickbacks he must offer to get a Health Care Bill through the conference committee, has anyone really looked at the libonomic impact this monstrous health care "reform" will have on our country?

After the Health Care Reform passed the Senate with 60 liberal votes, Hapless Harry Reid said the bill would:

1. Save lives

2. Save money

3. Save Medicare

How reassuring! These three reasons were the cherry on top of this sundae whose previous flavors included:

1. "We have to do something"

2. "No legislation is perfect"

Unfortunately, no one has really discussed the long-term economic impact this reform will have on the economy because of the higher taxes, deficit ramifications, and job-killing effects it will have. Of course, by the time everyone gets around to feeling the negative impacts of this bill and the creation of another massive entitlement program it will be too late. Libonomics will have won again.
