Twas The Day Of Christmas
Twas the day of Christmas and all through the day
Taxpayers all worried about their nation in disarray
The crooks and traders on Wall Street had killed many of their dreams
And the politicians bored us with all their promises and schemes
The fight over health care reform made for an interesting view
And the winners are not the taxpayers who the libs love to screw
We got presents from Santa with Dasher, Dancer, and Red Rudolph to thank
And woke up this morning dreaming about 2010 and defeating Dodd, Reid and Frank
The President left frigid cold Washington in search of global warming Hawaiian sun
Instead he should have surprised the troops in Iraq whose courage lets us have fun
Do not fret over the economy my dear readers and friends
A Bailout a Day will save us, even if it makes no economic sense
CHRISTMAS DAY is now here, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of the nation
Thank goodness the liberal Beltway Blowhards are now on vacation
HAPPY NEW YEAR !!
