Obama Wins 2009 Neville Kumbaya Peace Prize
President Barack Neville Obama was just awarded the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. He was nominated for the award just two weeks after taking office. Hereafter, the award will be known as the Neville Kumbaya Peace Prize, What's next for the President, the 2009 Nobel Prize for Economics? His 9 month track record on the federal budget and spending proposals surely should qualify him.
Previous winners of this over-hyped Norwegian award include Jimmy Carter, Al the Bore Gore and Yasser Arafart. So, you never know who might win the award.
For those out there who claim Obama does not deserve the award need to look at the facts why he does:
> His foreign apology tour clearly wowed all the liberals in Europe and made our enemies smile.
> His calls for nuclear disarmament clearly paint a vision of the future when there will be no more wars and we can live in peace with all the lunatics in the world.
> His waffling about sending more troops to Afghanistan clearly sends a message that he is a closet dove.
> His last name is not Bush, so it was time to throw an American the award.
> America just lost its Olympic bid, so this award should ease the pain.
> Obama is a man of many words and few deeds. Isn't this what liberals love?
Congratulations President Obama. Keep the gold medal. It will surely increase in value as the price of gold continues to escalate versus the pathetic dollar. Donate the prize money to charity or maybe to A C O R N, who could use the money.
