Walmart announced today that it will open 150 new stores, creating 22,000 new jobs. Obama announced another czar for Ecotopia, the Great Lakes czar. Supposedly, this bureaucrat, who looks awfully young to be a real czar, will count the number of seagulls, boats and oil spills on the lakes.
