Obama and the Supreme Court: Much Ado About Nothing
Wow, President Apology Obama nominated a liberal to replace liberal justice Souter on the Supreme Court. Did anyone expect someone different? What is all the conservative hysteria about?
The far left Obama is entitled to appoint a far left activist judge if he wants to and the conservatives in the Senate can grill her all they want. Souter is a liberal and he will be replaced by a liberal. The problem will occur if a conservative Supreme Court Justice needs to leave the bench while Obama is ruining the country. Then all of those 5-4 Supreme Court conservative opinions suddenly will become 5-4 liberal opinions.
Until that day happens, I can't get too excited. A lib is a lib is a lib -there are just different degrees of arrogance involved.
The Republicans don't have the votes to stop her but there will be plenty of comic relief for everyone on TV. Unless there are some demons (or cola cans) hiding in her closet, she will get approved. Obama gets a "three-fer" -- the first Hispanic, a woman, and a liberal. She isn't the brightest liberal bulb in the room, but let's face it, the choice could have been much worse. Hillary Clinton could have been nominated. Now that would have been a confirmation hearing worth watching!
I think I'll pass on the upcoming confirmation circus over this nominee. I have better things to do with my time, like trying to figure out when Mr. Obama's six month test will come.

You are right. The country is going broke and all we spend our time talking about is this 90 IQ liberal judge replacing another liberal judge with an IQ of 92.
